AWA+D is heading to Santa Barbara!
Join AWA+D, the Women of AIA Santa Barbara and our hosts for the afternoon (2-5pm), Allen Construction, for a quintessential Santa Barbara experience that will explore local architecture, landscape architecture, and enjoy the company of local design professionals.
Traveling via a historic Santa Barbara trolley, we’ll start at the City’s Public Market and travel past landmarks like the old SB County Courthouse, the historic Mission and El Encanto. We’ll make a few stops at unique newer projects and finish with cocktails in the courtyard of Allen Construction’s Victoria Garden Mews, a LEED Platinum small-scale condominium project. Local landscape architects and designers will give insights about their projects along the way.
Space is limited for this very special event that includes transportation within Santa Barbara and food and drink, so RSVP to secure your spot! The tour will take place from 2-5pm, and specific addresses for parking and meeting will be sent closer to the event.
